At Rain Art Collection, we carefully prepare and package every order to help ensure your handcrafted pieces arrive safely and in good condition.
Worldwide Shipping
We offer shipping to Canada, the United States, and international destinations worldwide.
All orders are shipped through Canada Post. For international shipments, Canada Post may work with local postal partners or delivery carriers in the destination country to complete the final delivery.
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and rates may vary depending on the destination, package size, package weight, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by Canada Post and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local delivery conditions, and the selected shipping service.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rain Art Collection is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, customs, weather conditions, local postal services, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
International Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges applied by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
Rain Art Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional fees charged by customs authorities, postal services, or local carriers.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment/unit numbers, postal codes, phone numbers, and country details where required.
Rain Art Collection is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery is managed by the carrier and its delivery partners.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact Canada Post or the local delivery carrier using your tracking number.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging, the damaged item, and your order details. We will review the issue and do our best to assist you.
Please keep all original packaging materials until the issue has been resolved, as they may be required for a shipping claim.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Local Pickup or Local Delivery
If local pickup or local delivery is available, it will be shown as an option at checkout. Availability may vary and is not guaranteed for all orders or locations.
