At Rain Art Collection, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests after 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from damage, stains, scratches, marks, or signs of use
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories, if applicable
- Safely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, dishes, bowls, mugs, trays, and other serveware must not be used, washed, or altered in any way in order to qualify for a return.
Items that are used, damaged, altered, or returned without proper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used or washed items
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or handling
- Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Custom, personalized, or special-order items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging the item carefully. Rain Art Collection is not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the information and do our best to assist you with a suitable solution.
Please keep all original packaging materials until the issue has been resolved, as they may be required for a shipping claim.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any carrier-related charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges depending on product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
The item must meet the same return eligibility requirements listed above.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any other charges related to returning the item.
Rain Art Collection is not responsible for delays, lost returns, or additional fees charged by customs authorities, postal services, or carriers.
