Return / Exchange Policies
Rain Art Collection is happy to offer exchange or store credit for items brought or send back within 10 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our artworks and our relationship with our vendors , we can not accept returns.
For exchanging or store credit your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
If you believe your artwork is defective, damaged in transit, or your order was sent to you incorrectly, please contact us for an exchange. We are using the best possible shipping service in the country with high quality packaging to reduce the risk of damage. You can rich out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org on the same date as the received date . We do not accept any requests after this time for an exchange or store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not – refundable.
If you shipping an item value over $75 , please consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
Despite our commitment to our customers, we will not responsible for returned items lost in the mail.
